Bell and Carlson Stock Warranty Policy

All Bell and Carlson stocks, unless indicated otherwise, are designed to permit the customer to simply remove the barreled action from the original stock and bolt it into the Bell and Carlson stock. These stocks are designed to last a lifetime with no maintenance required. Because of variations in manufacturers' original equipment, it may be necessary to remove minimal amounts of material from the magazine area.  Depending on the dimensions of the stock that came with your rifle, you may have to obtain longer action screws from your gunsmith or gun parts supplier. Most factory barreled actions will bolt into a Bell and Carlson stock with the barrel free-floating ; however custom contoured barrels may need some fitting which can be accomplished with standard woodworking tools.  Bell and Carlson does offer factory installation at an additional charge.  All Bell and Carlson stocks have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  Note: Finishes are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

If you receive a stock that is defective, just return it to Bell and Carlson and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Bell and Carlson's option. Customers returning defective merchandise to Bell and Carlson for repair or replacement must contact them for permission and receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number prior to returning the merchandise and will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the factory.

A 10% restocking fee may be charged for merchandise accepted by the manufacturer for a refund. If you have any questions about this warranty policy contact Bell and Carlson at 620 225 6688.
