Rifle Stock Export Shipping Information

*Note: Canadian Customers See Information For Exporting to Canada Below.

When ordering rifle stocks for shipment out of the U.S. as an individual customer you will need to add the following statement to the Special Notes box to your purchase order on final checkout before selecting Process Order.    Add this statement only if you are a non Canadian purchaser and an Import Certificate is not required by your Government:

"I the above referenced purchaser, by my action of placing this purchase order with Aftermarket Innovations, Certify that I have complied with the import regulations of the government of my Country and that an Import Certificate is not required for me to import the items listed above and that they are for personal use on a civil use sporting firearm and that I will not divert, transship or re-export the items described herein without the prior approval of my Government."

If you are a non Canadian Sporting Firearms Business Owner or Dealer that sells to the public then you will need to place the following statement in the Special Notes Box.  Add this statement only if an Import Certificate is not required by your Government:

"I the above referenced purchaser, by my action of placing this purchase order with Aftermarket Innovations, Certify that the above items are for commercial resale for personal use on a sporting firearm and that I have complied with the import regulations of the government of my Country regarding the import and resale of the items listed above and that an Import Certificate is not required for me to import them.  I will not divert, transship or re-export the items described herein without the prior approval of my Government.

Just copy whichever of the statements that applies to you and paste it into the Special Notes box at the bottom of the Payment Method check out page before placing the order.

Note: Once you have received a copy of the order in your email you will need to print it out and both print and sign your name on it.  You with then need to either scan or take a digital picture of the copy (with your signature included) and email the signed copy to us.  You can attach it as .jpg or a Word or .pdf document.

If an order is placed without the Statement and Signature on the order we will be unable to obtain an Export License from the DDTC to ship the stock to you until we have received it.

This is the latest requirement made by the DDTC in order to obtain an Export License to be issued to us by the U.S. State Department to allow shipment of the rifle stocks to you.

In addition you will need to check with your Country's regulations to determine if an Import Certificate is required if it is not one of the Countries listed below.

From the information we have obtained from the U.S. DDTC  an International Import Certificate is not required for us to export stocks to the Countries listed below if all of the above requirements are followed. We will be adding to the list as we find out which other Countries from which the DDTC does require the Import Certificate be issued.

Australia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

*Canadian customers copy and paste this statement to your order in the Special Notes Box:

"I the above referenced purchaser, by my action of placing this purchase order with Aftermarket Innovations, Certify that I am a Canadian Registered Person and that I have complied with the import regulations of Canada and that an Import Certificate is not required for me to import the items listed above and that they are for personal use on a civil use sporting firearm and that I will not divert, transship or re-export the items described herein without the prior approval of my Government. This purchase is for a non SME part and complies with SCA Canadian ITAR Exemption. USC 22CFR 126.5(b) Applicable."

*Canadian Customers who are not a Canadian Registered Person can go to the link below to register:

https://www.excol-ceed.gc.ca/Main-Principal/PrivacyStatement_DeclarationRenseignementsPersonel.aspx?t=IIC

Once there read the page then click ACCEPT at the bottom of the page.  Fill in the form and email it to the Government.  Once you receive the IIC back you can send it to us as an attachment to us for our files. Previous customers have reported that there is no charge and it only takes 3-4 days to receive your IIC back.  The information you will need to place in the Exporter Section is:

Aftermarket Innovations
9916 86th Ave NE
Salem, OR 97305

Although we regret having to do so, because of the added registration and license fees and extra paperwork required by the U.S. State Department for us to export to our out of Country customers, it is now necessary for us to charge an additional Export Processing Fee and License fee.  This charge is included in the Shipping and Handling fee when the order is placed. The charge for shipping and processing of an order to Canada is now $87.00 for one stock plus $30.00 for each additional stock on the order.  The charge for shipping and processing for Overseas orders is now $105.00 for one stock plus $35.00 for each additional stock on the order. Due to USPS package size restrictions a maximum limit of six stocks can be placed and shipped per each order.   Exported stocks may not be returned for repair or replacement under warranty. This is due to the onerous requirements of the ITAR to do so. Should you receive a stock that has a problem that would normally be covered under warranty you can however return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
